Office Hours

We are open to serve you, answer questions, or schedule an appointment during the following hours:

September-May
Monday – Thursday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

June - August
Monday-Thursday: 7:50 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

 

Our Mission

We strive to provide the highest quality, on-time orthodontic care available with exceptional customer service. We prioritize building relationships with our patients and their families throughout treatment. Our goals are excellence in every task, quality time spent with every patient, thorough patient education, gentle treatment methods, and creating a positive atmosphere at all times.

Appointments

Appointments are an important part of your treatment.  Time has been reserved specifically for you to talk with the doctor and receive treatment. Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you might be asked to reschedule your appointment.

We request a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment. If you miss an appointment without notifying us, you will be subjected to a $25 missed appointment fee. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment, and we appreciate your cooperation.

Insurance

Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith, but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Please inform us of any changes to your insurance coverage.

As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services. If claims are not paid within 60 days, you are responsible for the balance. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.
